I am a mom with PCOS who likes to workout. I have two boys one with ADHD and AUDHD. An adult daughter that keeps me sane and another adult son who lives out of state.

Day 14 on new plan
Ok so today is day 14 - so says my little black book I keep. So what have the last 2 weeks done for me?
- Well I have a lot more energy
- I'm back to eating a lot of vegetables
- The boyfriend and I are back to walking (last night was the 3rd night in a row of 1.5 miles!)
- I have lost 10lbs (yes unfortunately i'm still stalled on weight loss, i've been at -10lbs for the last 5 days, but it will catch up again once my body has adjusted)
- I have lost 2" from my Chest, Waist, and Hips each!
- Clothes are fitting better
- My self image and confidence are on the rise again
Here's to another great two weeks!!
