I was working out and got hit with a bout of nausa and cramping and decided I better stop. :-( That means I only got 36 minutes of balance games of the wii fit. Not great, but it is something.
I ate four veggies today, no fruit - have to go to the grocery store tomorrow and get more. I had 4 points left.
