I stayed within my points today. I got in 1 fruit and 9 veggies.
I took tank out and we ran once around the block and walked once around the block. 35 minute workout in what felt like a sauna.
Great weekend. Start to another week tomorrow.
I am a mom with PCOS who likes to workout. I have two boys one with ADHD and AUDHD. An adult daughter that keeps me sane and another adult son who lives out of state.
