71 - IT'S FRIDAY!

Ok! So I know that the balance games on the Wii Fit are areobic exercise, but man does an hour and a half make your abs hurt!!! :-) Plus then I did 45 minutes of areobic Wii Fit exercises after the hour and half. Trust me - you give it a try and you will feel every muscle around your midsection you didn't even know where there.

I stayed under my points today. I got in 4 veggies and 2 fruits.

Tomorrow is weigh in day. Hopefully it is better than the last 2 weeks. I have been paying even extra attention this week - plus putting in at least an hour of work out most of the nights this week. Well we shall see - I got to know that I am doing everything I am suppose to and not worry about it until it is an issue. You can see my Wii Fit work out and my scores - if you use a Wii Fit why don't you challenge me with your scores. It will keep us both going to know we are challenging each other.
