Well I really don't know what happened but I gained 2 pounds this week. Not knowing is the most frustrating part. So this week I am going to kick my exercising up back to like those first few weeks.
Today I stayed with in my points. 2 veggies and 2 fruits.
And for the work out:

wii fit total: 1hr 42min
I am a mom with PCOS who likes to workout. I have two boys one with ADHD and AUDHD. An adult daughter that keeps me sane and another adult son who lives out of state.
