Day 1 with starting stats

Well today started extra early and with some help. My 2 year old decided 4:15 was a great time to start our day (I had planned on 5!). 
Well if you are up you might as well get going. He wasn't sure he liked the work out thing so a 30 min workout turned into more like 45. Its hard to squat with weights with a 2 year old wrapped around your leg.  
This is a great example for him and he will get use to moms routinely. Or maybe some days will sleep so mommy can just focus on the workout - I can hope for Sunday here or there. 
So today we hit the ground running with 21 day fix extreme "plyo fix extreme". 
I have snacks packed and we have dinner in the crock pot.  I am already feeling this workout! But it is a great feeling to have back. As promised below you will see my starting stats and a picture with my workout buddy this morning.

Eating better, now exercise

So here we go. I've got my eating better and ready to follow a plan and now I'm ready to add the exercise back.
Starting Monday I'm going to start 21 day fix extreme.  I have done the 21 day fix program a couple times and love it.  Starting with extreme will be difficult but I know I need something new to get back in the habit of working out each and every day.
Monday I will take weight and measurements and I am going to post. Why because I need to be held accountable.  I might not post daily, but I will post a weekly status for sure. 
I am no longer a beach body coach, but I love all the different workouts. They are easy for me to do where ever I am with beach body on demand and also opens up all the programs.  If you are interested after following me I can pass on my coaches information to get you started. 
The picture below is from this past Thursday, so most recent, with my mom who has told me.she will hold me accountable. 
I also ask if you are a praying person please keep me and this journey in your prayers. I have been on this journey a long time and it has a lot of up and downs, but I need to make it happen.

Back, again

Wow it's been a long time since I last posted.  I've completed a total of 6 1/2 marathons and I have a son who is almost 2 years old.
My weight is still a struggle, but I am taking it one day at a time. It can be very over whelming when I look at how far I still have to go. But you can't eat an elephant in one bite, it is only achieved one small bite at a time.
So my first focused is what I am eating. The second focus is working out. Each day trying to get in something, even it it is just one set of push ups.
I have been using Le-vel Thrive for 2 weeks weeks now - the energy level I have is like night and day. Which was something I was really struggling with.
So for now I am a few weeks shy of my sons 2nd birthday and I am down 50.6 pounds since that morning.  This week the goal is just one more pound and the week after that is one more pound.
