Well we had a great time with the in-laws. I took them to the airport this morning.
I got in 6 veggies today - no fruit.
I stayed under my target points by 5.
I did the infred sauna at my chiropractors office today fo 20 minutes and then I did 45minutes on the stationary bike.
Tomorrow it is back to work.
