Both days I stayed within my points. I got in 4 veggies and 2 fruits.
Wednesday I got in 20 minutes of stepping.
Today I got in a 10 minute walk. I will be doing more later and will report tomorrow.
Got lots of work to do tonight.
I am a mom with PCOS who likes to workout. I have two boys one with ADHD and AUDHD. An adult daughter that keeps me sane and another adult son who lives out of state.
