Day 101

OK - well I ran/walked for 50 minutes today. Might have been too much, might have blisters on my heals.

Found a couple more salads I'm going to try. I will let you know how they are.

Allie, you should be so proud of yourself and what you have been able to accomplish. It is so important to look at this journey as a lifestyle change not a diet. Your positive attitude will be your key to success. Just know you have lots of people who believe in you!!!
